This page asks SeedStand's database for an answer and shows whether one came back; the result can be up to 30 seconds old. Email sending and card payments are shown as they are set up, because this page does not send an email or charge a card to test them.

- Email is configured to send through Resend. This page does not show whether any one message reached its recipient.

- Card payments are in Stripe's test mode. No real card is charged.
This page is served by the same system it reports on, so it cannot tell you the whole site is down. If it is, this page will not load either.
A volunteer phone that has already opened the check-in page keeps working through an outage: check-ins are saved on the phone and sent when the connection returns.
If something is broken, report it.
